Our Commitment to Access and Inclusion
Social Capital 2026 is committed to making the event as inclusive and globally accessible as possible. We recognise that financial barriers can prevent valuable contributions from scholars and practitioners, particularly those based in low- and lower-middle-income countries.
We are prioritising travel support and have allocated funds for an initial 10 travel grants of USD $500 for in-person presenters from eligible countries. If additional funding becomes available, we will expand the number of travel grants offered.
We warmly invite individuals, institutions, and organisations that share our commitment to global inclusion and knowledge exchange to support additional travel grants. If you are interested in contributing to this important initiative, please contact us.
Your support helps ensure that diverse voices and perspectives shape the future of social capital research and practice.
These grants are intended to help offset the costs of travel and accommodation for participants who would otherwise face financial barriers to attending the conference in person.
