ISCA membership fees are structured to reflect different circumstances, including student rates and country income classifications. As a result, students and members from lower-income countries already benefit from substantially reduced fees while still enjoying the full member-only savings on registration. We also recognise that financial barriers can sometimes affect access. In keeping with our commitment to access and inclusion, additional support for virtual participation may, in some cases, be considered where genuine need is demonstrated.

*Student registration is available for those studying and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible, you will need to upload a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status during the registration process.

Registration inclusions

Registration fees include:

Access to the full virtual program on the Whova platform with the use of Zoom (or a suitable alternative platform to be confirmed).
Access to live and on-demand presentations (where available), abstracts, social connection sessions, and the full event app.

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration within a few minutes. You can pay your registration fees using MasterCard or Visa.

An invoice will be emailed to the address you supply once you’ve submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.

Payment of registration fees

Please note that registrations will not be finalised until payment in full is received.

All payments must be in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Credit card payments may be made by MasterCard or Visa. Payments will appear as ISCA on your credit card statement.
EFT payments—banking details for direct deposit will be provided on your invoice. Please send your remittance to socialcapital2026@hw.ac.uk.
Payment is due 30 days from the date of registration or prior to the commencement of the congress (whichever is first).

If you are seeking the early registration rate, payment must be made prior to the early registration deadline.

Cancellation fees

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference organiser socialcapital2026@hw.ac.uk.

If you cancel your registration:

(a) before 5 pm GST on Monday March 23, 2026, you will receive a full refund of monies paid, less a cancellation fee of USD100;

(b) after the date referred to in paragraph (a), you have no entitlement to a refund of any amount. After this date, the organising committee will review any cancellations due to extenuating circumstances.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event, provided the conference organiser is advised in writing at socialcapital2026@hw.ac.uk.
