Call for Abstracts
We invite researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to submit abstracts for ISCA2026. We especially welcome submissions that explore the impact of social capital across the key themes shaping ISCA2026.
As the inaugural global conference dedicated to social capital, ISCA2026 will bring together leading scholars, experts, and stakeholders for four days of insightful discussions, groundbreaking research presentations, and collaborative networking opportunities. This much-anticipated event will serve as a platform to explore the evolving role of social capital in diverse contexts, from economic development and governance to community resilience and digital transformation.

We invite submissions on any topic related to social capital, not limited to the key themes above. We encourage the submission of abstracts positioned to produce research highlighting both scholarly and practical components of Social Capital and its impact on a global scale.
Submission Guidelines
Abstract Length: Maximum 250 words
Format: Abstracts should include a title, background information, and a discussion. Scientific abstracts should include objectives, methodology, key findings, and implications.
Review Process: All submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and acceptance will be based on relevance, originality, and scholarly contribution.
Presentation Formats: Authors may indicate a preference for oral or poster presentations. The final decision will be made by the review committee.
Limit: Each person may present only one abstract at the conference, but may be a coauthor on other abstracts.
Other important notes:
- The first author listed is considered to be the presenting author who will be the primary contact for all correspondence regarding the abstract.
- Presenting authors are responsible for proofreading before submission. No edits will be allowed in submitted abstracts for typing, spelling, or grammatical errors.
- Abstracts which are not correctly formatted will not be reviewed.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- All presenting authors must register and pay to attend the conference.
How to Submit
Abstracts must be submitted through the official ISCA2026 online submission portal below. Please ensure your abstract adheres to the guidelines before submission.
Submissions are due on September 1, 2025, at 6 PM GMT. Please indicate which theme(s) your abstract addresses and ensure to include author names, institution(s), and general contact information. All submissions are subject to ISCA2026’s peer review process and must follow the submission guidelines.
